Natural Therapeutics Specialist and Massage Therapist graduated in 1986 at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics of Albuquerque, New Mexico U.S.A.
He professionally practices as a Naturopath since 1987 and as a Kinesiologist since 1990; his present practice is in clinics troughout Northern Italy.
Founding member of the International Kinesiology College and its President during the term 2004-2008. He has also served as the I.K.C. Professional School Dean during the period 1997-2003 and as a TFH School Board Member. He is presently Touch For Health Faculty for Italy.
He introduced Touch For Health, Brain Gym, Three In One Concepts and Professional Kinesiology Practice in Italy and Spain and sponsored many other kinesiology methods in Italy (Wellness Kinesiology, Hyperton-X, Educating Alternatives (now called Neuro Training), Neural Organization Technique, SIPS) of whom is an authorized teacher of most of them.
In 1989 he founded the Italian Touch For Health Association (now called Associazione Kinesiologia Specializzata Italiana A.K.S.I.) and he has been its President during the years 1989-1991, 1999-2003 and 2019.
We are living an important developmental step of the human race and we need to begin to create a different approach to wellness that goes beyond the mere aspects of health and sickness. Looking for wellness within the movement of our goals rather than approach it as a kind of fixed maintenance manner. In 2008 I founded the International Association of Objectivology with the aim of spreading this approach and letting people know that they can find wellness by working on removing all the limits that can keep them at distance from reaching their goals and to support them to discover their goals when they can’t see them. Different forms of Body Biofeedback, including manual muscle testing, can help people to connect their within and without and make it easier to find ways to remove the obstacles that keep them away from their goals. Active, perceptive communication together with a form of Body Biofeedback create a perfect blending for supporting people to create weelness while reaching their goals.
Marco Rado hails from the scenic town of Bergamo, in the Lombardy region of Italy. With a background in physiotherapy, Marco began his kinesiology journey almost 30 years ago, utilising many modalities, in particular, Applied Physiology, that has studied in the USA and Germany. With a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and manual therapies such as osteopathy and fascial manipulation, Marco has broadened his studies in these areas to increase his knowledge and skills. In 2003, he began writing his own courses, integrating western science and traditional eastern medicine. Marco is a respected international course author and trainer, integrating scientific concepts and theories with traditional energetic philosophies. He teaches in many European countries (Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and Ireland) but also all over the world (Russia, Ukraine, Australia and South Africa). While he still teaches Applied Physiology, he also has created 12 workshops and 2 webinars, that goes under the name of Integrative Physiology. He had been the Vice President of the International Association of Specialized Kinesiologists (IASK) and Board Member of the Italian Association of Specialized Kinesiology (AKSI). Marco, together with his wife Monica, has founded his 4 years long professional school “Physis – International Institute of Kinesiology” where he teaches Applied Physiology and all his own classes. He’s also co-author of the first App about Kinesiology, called Knowlative – Cooperative Knowledge.
One of the fundamental aspects of kinesiology is the Muscle-Organ-Meridian (MOM) relationship. But is this relationship unique only to kinesiology?
Also Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) describes a Muscle-Organ-Meridians (MOM) relationship, based on the Tendinomuscular Meridians (Sinew Meridians). This set of secondary meridians are not that known in kinesiology. They have different pathways then the Primary Meridians and they perfectly overlap the western concept of Muscle Chains. It is important to know also the TCM’s Muscle-Meridian relationship because, if the reflexes, the acupressure points and the emotions related to the kinesiological MOM doesn’t work, we can use the TCM’s MOM relationship to bring the body back to balance.
BRIAN HARAGA, began using muscle monitoring for horses at age 15. By 16, an auto accident left him severely debilitated . Al Berry’s Body Management work enabled Brian to recover and get back to rodeoing. Brian’s work reflects his life lessons as well as his in-depth study of the body (human and animal) and how it works. Brian is an instructor for Touch For Health, Body Management, Equine/Pet therapy, Live and Dry Blood Cell Analysis Instructor, and a former Educational Kinesiology Instructor. Brian is also a professional PKP Practitioner in Canada, and incorporates many other modalities. Brian has more than 30 years of experience working on people and with all kinds of animals. His main focus is his clinical work in Stettler, Alberta, Canada; with his wife Eli, where he works with all kind of people with various minor to major problems, ONE PERSON AT A TIME. He gives them a wealth of knowledge such as the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and nutritional aspects of the human body. Brian says,“this healing modality allows me to help people to enhance their lives to its full potential in a caring straight forward manner”. Brian says,“that one of his major accomplishments was to be able to teach his own children Touch for Health at the ages of eight and ten.
Body Management is an effective and diligent and co-operative system developed by Al and Maxine Berry designed so that anyone can learn with no previous experience or expand the skills that one has already acquired with other modalities implementing them into practice. It mainly focuses on structural wellbeing, finding the root cause, and the many ways of dealing with them.
Berry’s Body Management uses several painless and straightforward techniques that can help restore the uninterrupted flow of the electrical current in the body, the electromagnetic field, and the meridians, which are activated and balanced: as well as releasing and defusing mental and emotional stress. Body Management can help with digestive disturbances, cranium release, female and male reproductive organs, four central power switches, extremities (shoulders, elbows, foot, ankles, hands, wrist, hips, knees), nervous system, respiratory system, circulatory system, endocrine system, vascular system, viscera, lymphatic system, skeletal structure of the body, neck, and spine, joints, nutrition for the body and more as well as a method with lights to realign the cranial bones for support. Brian says: “In my practice, I have encountered that more than 85 percent of clients release emotions while working on the structural wellbeing directly. Stress in the body can put stress in mind and vice-versa.”
In a way, Body Management is a creative and productive vision that integrates many levels of helping the body to health itself, and it is always evolving.
FOUNDER OF KINERGETICS, RESET AND BALANCING NUTRITION & TOXICITY
Philip studied all the major branches of Kinesiology and was the Founding President of the Touch for Health Association in Victoria, Australia. He studied Applied Physiology, Hyperton-X, Three–in-one and N.O.T.
He started the now popular business ‘Equilibrium’ with Michael Wild which sells kinesiology products and related materials to health practitioners. Having amassed 35 years of Kinesiology experience, he was granted the prestigious ‘Fellowship’ status with the A.K.A. (Australian Kinesiology Association).
Kinergetics Kinesiology was developed in 1991 and is now taught over 7 separates two-day units. In 1995 Philip developed a TMJ workshop called RESET. This enables people without any muscle testing skills to balance hundreds of muscles by relaxing specific jaw muscles.
Kinergetics and RESET have been taught in 20 countries to over 30,000 students and is translated into eight languages. BNT (Balancing Nutrition and Toxicity) was developed in 2012, and already over 6000nstudents in 11 countries have attended. Philip specialises in fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), chronic pain, arthritis, TMJ and trauma. Philip teaches his workshops and sees clients internationally. He shares his time between Tasmania and Ireland.
Vitamin C contributes to lung health.
Brain concentrations of Vitamin C are far greater than those in the rest of the body, and long after the body is depleted of the vitamin, the brain maintains its levels. That’s partly because the metabolic furnaces in neurons churn through glucose to power all your thoughts, learning, feelings and movements, and as an antioxidant, the vitamin’s job is to surrender electrons to neutralize rogue oxygen molecules given off in the process—free radicals that damage DNA and generally age your cells. But vitamin C also does more, and some 80 years after its discovery, its additional roles are just coming to light.
In a recent review of 50 studies of vitamin C levels and cognitive function, all conducted between 1980 and January 2017, Australian researchers found a striking relationship between vitamin C status and mental function and learning, as measured by a well-established questionnaire, the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). Those who were cognitively intact had significantly higher blood concentrations of vitamin C than those who were cognitively impaired. And among those who were cognitively intact, blood levels of vitamin C correlated with cognitive ability. No linear correlation was seen in those with cognitive impairment.
Vitamin C contributes to lung health which is required for respiration. Recent studies have found that high dietary intakes of vitamin C and magnesium are associated with improved lung function in adults which enables The most notable studies to date were conducted in South Korea in 2012 with results strongly suggesting that intake of vitamin C offers protection against Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and in the UK (2002) in which lung function improved with an increased vitamin C intake.
I regularly find there is an energetic imbalance between the lung muscles and vitamin C. In my presentation I will demonstrate the ‘Balancing the Lung’ procedure with the Energetic Vitamin C colour card (downloadable from the internet). I will ask for a volunteer with a lung imbalance or a smoker or ex-smoker and then go through the testing and correction procedure.
Note: No Vitamin C is used in the balance, just a colour card.
Adam Lehman, En.K., is an Energy Kinesiology Practitioner and Instructor of 35 years. Having come through his own health challenges in childhood and adolescence, Adam discovered Muscle Response Feedback (MRF) in his 30s and became so fascinated with the process – as a result of the benefits he received in turning his own health around – that he began traveling the world to learn all he could so that he could help others benefit as well. He was fortunate to be able to study with several of the original “Dirty Dozen” AK doctors (George Goodheart, Wally Schmitt, Carl Fererri, Victor Frank, Sheldon Deal), as well as the originators of the oldest programs available to lay people (TFH, One Brain, etc.).
Becoming an instructor of many of the modalities he learned, Adam began teaching around the world. After 20 years as an International Advanced Instructor and Instructor Trainer for Applied Physiology, Adam began to develop his own programs and has trained hundreds of practitioners in the US, Europe, Australia and beyond. His Integrative Wellness Facilitator Training was the first of its kind comprehensive MRF training available online. Adam’s Holographic Explorer Program™ (inclusive of Holographic Touch for Health™) is taught live and virtually around the world.

Sylvia Marina – world leader
Prior to the 2020 pandemic environment change, Sylvia observed a growing culture of indecision, avoidance, a growing social muteness and blamegame society. Social isolation leads to loneliness and catapults to an endemic of aloneness and depression. People began making decisions based on other’s opinion rather than their innate wisdom.
Author of Getting The Life and Love You Want Sylvia walks you through the
> 7 Steps in Personal Relationships, Social Relationships, Business and Career – these all share the same emotional vortex. I wish you the wisdom carriers, courage to step forward. I will present importance of 5 elements in Touch for Health and deliver The Dance of the Heart meditation.
The Dance of the Heart is a movement meditation where you take an insightful journey through movement within each element – Water (North), Wood (East), Fire (South), Metal (West) and Earth (Center) – to awaken your physical healing, energy clearing, wisdom and Spiritual insights. When all elements are in peace and connected harmoniously, you open to unconditional flow of love and your Spirit.
In your body is a center where love and spirit are joined. It is in your heart. Your heart tells you by feelings what is welcomed in your life, full of love and what is not welcomed, and it causes aches. It is also kingdom of your Spirit and lies beneath the layers of sensations and emotions. It is accessible only by meditation of the Heart. Meditation quietens mind and emotional flow until masks around your spirit are cleansed. The mystical poet William Blake wrote: “you are cleansing the doors of perception.”
Various cultures, both past and present, know that connecting with the primordial elements of nature triggers to the potentials beyond physical existence and influenced by nature’s beauty and wisdom. This awakens the process of inner alchemy by transforming negative emotions and mind patterns into a neutral force, Natures’ pure love, nourishing your higher Spirit.
The Dance of the Heart is composed of special movements of the elements from TCM, specially for this meditation developed music (432Hz- Heart frequency), sounds and breathing exercise that bring you into mindful state od presence.

More or less all mirrors have magical power. Those who sit too much in front of them are easily magnetized. They might consider themselves more beautiful more clever than in reality. Mirrors do not lie, only the eyes that look into them and the belief we represents.
What about us? What is that we see only in a blurred mirror?
Do we see our true self? Do we know who we are in the world?
Do we see our beloved ones in their reality?
Do we see the message of our profession?
Do we see the problems, issues of our clients and students? Or the only thing we see is our own reflections in them, as mirrors?
Do we see, do we understand the notions, terms used by us? Do we know what help means?
or only Through a Glass Darkly…

Our Gallbladder meridian and especially the Gallbladder energy supports us throughout our whole lives in achieving/realizing our goals. It helps us to be able to decide which way of life we will take. It assists us in our decision-making powers and will activate our strength to protect us from aggressiv energies of other individuals.
In this presentation we will experience distinct moments of Gallbladder meridian energy.
We will notice how it is able to support our efforts and also gain insight into the emotional effects of this energy used against us in our personal history. In this presentation we will realize the significant value of this powerful energy.
Kay McCarroll, McTimoney Chiropractor, Educational Kinesiology Professional and Trainer, International Faculty
Member for the UK & Ireland
Kay was introduced to Brain Gym in 1983, just after she had become aware that she was dyslexic. After training wtih Paul Dennison, she began teaching in 1986, and then became the International Faculty Member for UK in1989. She has taught
in many countries, and has mentored people to Edu-K Faculty level. While using Brain Gym she was able to return to
college and train as a McTimoney Chiropractor, graduating in 1987 for Humans and in 1992 for Animals.
Kay combines her chiropractic knowledge with the Brain Gym activities to enable the student to have a deeper understanding of the value of these activities. In 1992, along with David Hubbard, Kay introduced Brain Gym to the people of Hungary.
In this workshop Kay will take you through the Lengthening Activities in an exciting way that relates to how. they work with the body, how these exercises expand breathing, help with the cranial bones, eye muscle strain; relate to different muscle systems that help with body functions, and much more. One of the main advantages
of these exercises is to see how they can help with many physical problems. You will experience this with a
balance, which you will be able to use with other people. Kay combines the Edu-K process with her
Chiropractic knowledge of the body, thus giving more background to the benefits of the Brain Gym activities.
A wonderful way of relating Educational Kinesiology with Kinesiology.
My journey into Kinesiology began in 1995. By that time I was running a tutoring school in Linz, Austria and was teaching Mathematics. I was confronted with all different types of learning problems and my whole team tried it`s best to support the kids. Sometimes the best isn`t enough we had to look for new possibilities, new pathways to go. During my search for what else we could provide to help the children and youngster to be successful at school I got in contact with Kinesiology. A huge and life changing journey began for me – my introduction to Kinesiology was Brain Gym followed by Touch for Health, Applied Physiology, LEAP, SIPS, NK,… and I became a teacher for these systems spreading their knowledge and spirit of these great tools my mentors created.
I was very lucky to get all the creators known personally – I met John F. Thie, had trainings with Richard Utt (Applied Physiology), Hugo Tobar (NK) and I still work together with Dr. Charles Krebs (LEAP) and Ian Stubbings (SIPS).
I love my work and I`m very grateful to all my teachers I ever had – they gave me such a deep understanding of how everything is connected in life.
Every day we try our best to activate the self – healing properties of our clients – sometimes wondering what happens while we are working with the clients energy.
The Einstein – Tiller – Model provides a great picture of all permanent interactions between our body and the energies of the Universe. It gives us a possible explanation what is happening while we are applying our different kinesiology methods within our balance work and why we get such great results at all different levels of our being.
In my opinion it`s one of the best models which explains healing and the importance of getting rid of blockages in our energy system. Let me lead you in a journey from the smallest block of our body up to the universe.
SIPS is the perfect kinesiology system to be integrated in all other ones or being a system standing by itself – it doesn`t matter how – integrated with another system or “just” by itself – you use it – you can see amazing results and your client will feel a positive change of the problem you are working with immediately – I`d like to give you an introduction on which levels of our human being SIPS works and I`d like to share my experiences with SIPS over the last 15 years.
SIPS works with our energy system via our acupoints, provides great and interesting insights which interactions are constantly going on between our body and the energy fields around us – let me take you for a SIPS journey.
Dr. Wayne Topping was formerly a geology professor with PhD. in geology from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand before he was introduced to Touch For Health in 1976 in the United States. He became a TFH instructor in 1977, took extensive training in Biokinesiology beginning in 1980 and then founded and developed 22 courses for Wellness Kinesiology.
Dr. Topping is now based in the United Kingdom just north of Manchester and is International Kinesiolgy College faculty for Russia and Hungary. He has written numerous books and workshop manuals, has tought in 23 countries, and loves sharing kinesiology wherever and however he can.
In the late 1930s, Dr. William Albrect, Department of Soils, University of Missouri in the United States predicted, „if we don’t replenish our farm lands with minerals, we will experience an epidemic of chronic degenerative disease such as the world has never seen in as little as 50 years”. Sadly, his advice was ignored and we are now reaping the consequences.
We will examine two of these minerals – magnesium and selenium – and demonstrate ways to identify their deficiency through kinesiology.
Matthew Thie, M.Ed.; www.touch4health.com
B.A, Literature , UC Berkeley, 1988, M.Ed., UCLA in 1990
TFH Instructor since 1980, TFH Instructor Trainer/Faculty (2003)
As a son of Dr. John & Carrie Thie, Matthew grew up with Touch for Health (TFH) and Effective Communication skills as part of his everyday family system. Matthew presents TFH as a learning process that anyone can be trained to use for their ongoing, day-to-day optimization of life experience. His emphasis is on immediately putting the simple techniques into personal practice, and making the concepts and techniques personally meaningful. From 1996-2005 Matthew worked extensively with TFH Founder , John F. Thie, DC., co-authoring the TFH Pocketbook with Chinese 5 Element Metaphors (2003), and Touch for Health: The Complete Edition, (2005). Matthew has taught the TFH Goal-setting & Metaphor Workshop to 1000’s of students worldwide, making TFH balancing more profound, effective, lasting, and meaningful; helping people to enjoy their own unique lives.
Matthew continues teaching the TFH Clinical Intensive Workshops that John developed at Serra Retreat in Malibu, California, in addition to teaching the TFH synthesis, Proficiency, and the advanced TFH Training (Instructor Qualification).
Touch for Health ® Kinesiology (TFH) is a system of balancing Posture, Attitude and Life Energy for greater fulfillment of our life purposes. This lecture/demonstration will explore the “Metaphors” (concepts and symbolism) of muscle testing and body/energy balancing together with creative dialogue & visualization for optimum holistic balance and personal meaning and satisfaction in life, with a particular emphasis on the stages/phases of cognitive and spiritual development. TFH founder, John F. Thie, DC mapped “Fowler’s Phases of Faith” to the Chinese “5 Elements” or “Five Phases” of Transformation, considering our beliefs and worldview as both a linear development and a cyclical dynamic. Understanding these developmental phases, and reflecting on our own beliefs in the current moment and in our stage of life helps to bring us into better harmony and peace with our perceptions of the world, and a greater internal balance and vitality.
Hi I am Richard Royser. My training started in the 70’s rescuing people in crisis from suicide attempts and later using bodywork, acupuncture with talk therapy for families of murder victims. Working in the court systerm I treated judges, police, social workers, and state attorneys often overtaken with stress and job frustration. I found the same skills quite important. I had previoisly earned my Master’s degree, and cocurrently my black belt in Wado-Kai and teaching certificate after eight years of study, later I studied Shotokan, Arnis, Yang Tai Chi Chuan, and received a teaching certificate in 1980 in Kripalu Yoga. In those years I worked on treatment team at Lincolm Hosptial NY, treating HIV, drug addiction, and general maladies with acuuncture 1982-3,1988 and studying Chi Gong and Tai Chi. I dedicated my self to learning those soft art while competing in Martial Arts tournaments from 1981 until 2005. I received my Godan in Nisei-ryu karate (5th dan). A week after the promotion I was hit by an automobile which ended my competion career. Promoting healing became my focus, treating numerous students of the late Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris and noted masters. I realised the ultimate adversary was myself. I strove to be the best Craniosacral instructor in the World, teaching for the Upledger Institute all over the world that was 40 years ago when I studied and taught with Dr. John Upledger the developer of Craniosacral therapy1980-91. I took time off to study non-violent psychotherapy with the late Marshall Rosenberg1981-3, Received my certification from the late Ron Kurtz in Hakomi therapy 1995-8, visceral therapy with Barral 1985-91, Positive therepay, Hyperton-x with the late Frank Mahoney from 1991-4. With the effectiveness of Medical Chi Qong 1979- to the present. It did not take me long to find many of these skills melding into a elecletic approach to healing from the inside out. In the last years I have found my strength working in hospitals teaching the medical staff mindfulness, healing contact with patients and how to dialogue with difficult patients, colleagues, and staff. I also consulted and served as a pateints advocate in questions of senility and mental alertness. Most of my classes were attended by physical therapist, nurses, healing practitioners and physicians. My goal was to offer alternatives to sedation and teaching Hosptials staff intergration of conventional medicine and non-invasive techniques with my traditional approaches. I have integrated music to further enhanced the healing process by accessing the paparsympathetic nervous system. I wish to offer my conventional medicine and doctor s patients accelerated healing process. I have had the opportunity to treat normally 30% medical participants, 30% colluagues, 40% of their challengin patients and family members. I currently enjoy playing guitar, creating music, cooking, and my search for the worlds most enjoyable beers and wines. I have rediscovered my yoga, prayer, and meditation practice. I support civil rights and the Black Lives Matter movement. My heart is for all the suffereing immigrants and those left behind in the World.
We are in a year of healing and recovery after losing 2 million people to a pandemic, closing our practices, losing income, losing friends and losing family. The class is about restablishing conmtact of our head, heart, body, and breath to build and strengthen life energy and health for the participants and the therapist. We use concepts from five healing principles, peaceful warrior Chi gong, parasympathetic nervous system, energetic touch, craniosacral therapy. This skill can be included as an intro or closure to any healing session. The participant will go home with some skill to use that evening.
The goal is to learn how healing takes place in the head and in the heart from inside the person and outside.
Helena Argüelles is a Naturopathic Kinesiologist. Having studied many aspects of Kinesiology and Complementary Health Care over the last 30 years she revels in the powerful simplicity that is TFH. She particularly enjoys using the tools and the communication skills in her everyday life and in her role as IKC Faculty for the UK. As a practitioner, teacher, mother and human being she is passionate about the Self-Responsibility Model which has become one of her core values.
Approaches to the Self-Responsibility Model
Little information is available on the Self-Responsibility Model and yet it is at the very heart of the TFH ethos. This presentation explores how self-responsibility is understood by people around the world and what it means for us as individuals, practitioners, teachers or mentors. At the end of this paper we will better understand how we can discover our own self-responsibility, creating empowerment and emotional peace for ourselves and others.

Finding Peace
Foundations of Learning – Safety & Stability
Reflex development & integration of stress & emotional responses on a physical level
Rhythmic Movement Training International (RMTi) is a reflex integration program that explores the role of babies’ natural developmental movements during various stages of development:
Before birth
The first six months after birthAs they get up on their hands and knees
As they learn to walk
These movements are crucial for laying the foundations of neural network pathway growth. They are also important for establishing head control, muscle tone and posture, the basis of our ability to move and learn through life with ease and choice.
The RMTi movements and activities are based on replicating the movements that infants naturally make; to create the rhythm, ease and smoothness building the coordination and organisation that lay at the foundation of learning to be safe in the world, which leads on to an ability to find peace.
Malene Osa-Bjørkmo grew up in the south part of Norway, where her mother Torill Osa Michalsen started to learn kinesiology when Malene was about 10 years old. It was a natural part of their family life.
She started to travel around to learn as much as possible right after high school (TFH, Neuro-Training, Three in One Consepts, Brain-Kathie Guhl). That is why she started to work as a Kinesiologist and a yoga teacher in an early age. In the age of 18 years old she became a Touch Fore Health instructor, and the year after she took her first yogateacher training.
Her daily life since 2008 includes one on one clients, yoga classes, and teaching kinesiology and Neuro-Training modules. She is certified to teach in Touch for Health 1-5, Touch for Health Training, and all the basic modules in Neuro-Training.
These last years she has been the leader in the norwegian kinesiology association, and is also National Trainer from IKC in Norway, under Anne Hiitola Pedersen Faculty.
Together with her mother they run Sørlandets Senter for Neuro-Training og Kinesiology, and in 2021 Malene also started her own Yogastudio, Din Berkana AS.
„Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about, so be kind always”, is her favorite motto.

How can we use asanas/vinyasa (positions and movements), pranayamas (breathing) and meditations to balance the meridianflow?
In Kinesiology we have a lot of techniques to be able to balance our energy. We can use NL, NV, Meridian, Spinalrefleks, ESR, emotion, colours, sounds, oils, essences and much more.
I would like to show how you also can include yoga in your toolbox.
I have used these in my practise many years and here are some of the positive effects:
– self-responsibility
– to engage muscles, meridians, and energy flow
– brain integration as, gait, crosscrawl
– selfawareness in being able to move your own body
– the power of action. Action reaction.
– body contact
– connecting with your core, both literally and metaphorically speaking
– something concrete to add
– a way to measure your goal.
-a lot more
Hope everyone can be inspired to integrate yoga, and to learn more about the effects, and different ways to use it.
THE ESSENTIAL TOOL
I am often asked what it is I do. As with any work it has levels of complexity, but I will try to explain it in simple terms.I capture a cameo of a person in each moment and I assess their current state which would include the following:
Physical – sight, hearing, movement
Emotional – stress levels, contentment, pressure
Mental – analytical/creative, numbers/pictures, detail/big picture
Spiritual – belief systems (self, others, worldly)
Intellectual – application of knowledge
From this I can show the person their current state, highlighting areas of strength, which could be developed further and areas of weakness which could be addressed. How do I do this? There are four aspects of my work: the tool, the interpretation, the feedback and the recommendations.
Brief history of the Essential Tool;
Why was it developed;
It’s importance in the schools;
The importance of whole brain learning;
The starting point – experiencing drawing the 8;
What are quadrants? Brief explanation:
How do the movements correct the 8 drawing;
We will experience doing some movements;
A sample identification of the meridians through the 8 drawing.
I started practicing naturopathy in 1990 due to various diseases. I have found that symptoms on which modern medical medication do not help (e.g. severe allergies) were drastically reduced and disappeared in a short time thanks to natural herbs, exercies and diet. I started learning natural medicine methods in 1991 because I experienced „it works”. My outlook on life has changed and my opportunities have expanded. In 1994, I completed my first kinesiology course. I have been working as a Brain Gym Instructor since 1996, as a Three In One Concept Facilitator since 1999, as a TFH Instructor since 2010. In 2018 I passed the IKC Professional Kinesilogist exam.
There is much debate and uncertainty surrounding the pursuit of kinesiological activity. The legal status of kinesiology in Hungary is twofold. On the one hand, it is possible to perform the activity as a health professional, or as a naturopathic kinesiologist, and on the other hand, it is also possible to work with the method as a non-health professional. This duality breeds many complications in carrying out a regular kinesiological activity, from what permits kinesiologists obtain to what name they use to describe their activities. During the presentation, Hungarian legislation, regulations and experiences will be presented, which may also point the way to international practice. Beside these the legal norms governing education are also mentioned.

Online offers gained enormously in importance in spring 2020 due to the lock down and travel restrictions. Classroom courses, department meetings and private meetings were alternatively held via Zoom & Co. In this way, everyone did their best to keep up their daily routine as well as possible.
This had some disadvantages:
More time in front of the monitor and thus more strain on the eyes and our vision
Less movement due to longer sitting and thus more strain on breathing and posture muscles
Increase in digital processing and thus one-sided demand for sensory processing in the brain
Meetings in general are not as pleasant as a forest bath, but with Brain Gym® they are felt more uplifting and energizing. Give your online customers mini impulses with a refreshing effect.
Anne´s roots are embedded in the nature of Northern Finland although she has lived most of her adult years in Denmark. She has been a practitioner and teacher in the field of complementary therapy as well as in the field of the public education and health system since early 1990’s.
Through this time, she has learnt to use wonderful tools from different modalities, but Touch for Health is always the basis and heart for her work. In her role as IKC Faculty for Denmark, Finland and Norway she hopes to share Touch for Health with as many people as possible.
One of her core values is to “keep it simple” focusing on the power of self healing and strength of being present in the now.
We are all familiar with finding out if a stressful emotion from the past is challenging our energy balance. We can find the emotion and age of the person with indicator muscle shift and then balance with colors or other methods from TFH syllabus.
In my practice I sometimes discover emotions from time even before the birth of the person. It is like emotions from the past implement and amplify the situation the person is struggling with in the present. In that case we use the IM to identify if we need to follow an epigenetic path or a path through the incarnations of the person we are testing. Sometimes information between incarnations is needed to clarify the present.During the presentation I will share with you my understanding of context time and the construction of the human being.
After the presentation you will be able to use the protocol to survey pre-birth aspects, with respect for the self-responsibility of the person we are working with.
Emma Acquarone: Italian and living in Germany, environmental engineer and mom of three, is a Touch for Health and Brain Gym instructor. Furthermore, she is the only certified Joint Anchor Technique instructor other than its Australian developer Geoff Leury. Since 2018 she is the secretary for the International Association of Specialized Kinesiologists (IASK). Emma has a been practicing kinesiology for over 12 years (www.kinesiologie-acquarone.de), co-manages the educational centre Chiron – Arbeitskreis für Gesunderhaltung (www.ak-chiron.de), and is passionate about formatting and everything LEAP, SIPS, NE Kinesiology, Vibrational Healing Systems and Integrated Physiology.
Regardless of how peace is defined and despite the best efforts of intervention, from the perspective of Joint Anchor Technique, it is always more difficult for a person to feel at peace on any level, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual etc., if suitable energy is not flowing normally from their energetic body to their physical body. There’s a simple reason for this: while we are in physical form, our physical body is the “house” in which all levels must dwell to some extent; if the energy of the house (physical body) is disturbed by abnormal energy flow or unsuitable energy, the energy of its “tenants” (all levels), and hence the harmony and peace of the “landlord” (the person), will be disturbed as well.
So, to contribute to a person’s innate efforts to be at peace within themselves, my presentation looks at 2 ideas that address problems with normal energy flow and suitable energy.
They are:
1. Alignment of the energetic body to the physical body
This relates to energy flowing normally from the energetic body of a person to their physical body. According to Joint Anchor Technique, for this to occur the energetic body must be aligned to the physical body. Any misalignment between the two bodies can cause abnormal energy flow.
Here, I explore the ideas of alignment and misalignment, emphasising how alignment is established and maintained by an energetic anchoring mechanism called the energetic joint anchor.
2. Crown chakra connection
This relates to the energy being suitable for the person.
Joint Anchor Technique follows the idea that energy suitable for a person only emanates from the person’s higher self, or their divine source, and that the crown chakra plays a major role in connecting a person’s energetic body to this source. Any crown chakra imbalance, whether it is due to cause or effect, can break the connection and lead a person to connect to a different source. Because this source, whatever it is, is not the person’s divine source, the energy emanating from it will always be unsuitable for them.
Once balanced, it is easier for the crown chakra to regain and retain its connection to the divine source, and here I demonstrate some practical techniques that help balance the crown chakra.
Having experienced the environment of a global IT consultancy from an Human Resources perspective, Reili decided to take a break to figure out:
Reili discovered that it’s mostly about emotions. Emotions we „think” we feel, emotions we „think” others feel – all mixed up with our true emotions. Most people have lost their connection to their hearts. So she decided to enter her own path towards being a coach for authenticity, happiness and inspiration.
When she met Eva-Maria Willner at the Meridianum, she immediately signed up to become a Health Kinesiology practitioner. On her way, she immersed in many other kinesiology teachings. Reili works as a practitioner, speaker, interpreter and coach.
Emotions can rule our lives and they can do this in a supporting or sabotaging way.
You can be stuck in an emotion or use it as an inspiration.
There are a few emotions which are socially acceptable – and the rest.
Emotions can even be used as „weapons”.
Let me take you on a journey with the emotions as protagonists.
And let’s find out how Health Kinesiology approaches emotions.
I am a Touch for Health instructor in Japan, and a mother of two daughters.
Before I had my children, I worked as a pharmacist in a hospital. At that time, I questioned the modern medicine that tries to suppress all symptoms with drugs.
Later, I discovered Touch for Health and was so impressed with the beauty of its self-responsibility and education model that I became an instructor.
Now, I teach Touch for Health mainly to mothers who are raising their children, and help them to take care of themselves and their families.
My other life’s work is “Dance”, and I use it as a means of sharing Touch for Health. It seems to be a good way for them to learn it naturally and effortlessly, while having fun moving and dancing to the music! Please check out my YouTube channel, where I have posted many dances based on Touch for Health.
Touch For Health is an amazing way to live our lives with wellness.
However, don’t you sometimes find it difficult to share with people how wonderful it is?
In my experience, they often feel unfamiliar, suspicious, and difficult about it.
In order to solve these issues, I have choreographed a variety of dances based on TFH and have incorporated them into my classes and promotional activity.
As a result, I have been able to
[1] attract more interest from people before taking the class,
[2] improve the learning effectiveness of people during the class,
[3] increase the satisfaction of people after the class.
In this presentation, I will share the results of my efforts and visions for the future.
I qualified an instructor of touch-for-health in 2017.
I thought early detection was important for human health, so I have done clinical laboratory technician for 30 years.
I have taught Japanese traditional culture : tea ceremony , Ikebana , Kimono . And I have learned Kyogen. Recently I am focusing on activities to spread fun health methods that use “Samurai spirit” and Kinesiology.
Yusuke Otani
I had been working as a radiological technologist for 10 years since 2007. Meanwhile, I was also a dance performer.
I learned dance moves from an anatomical point of view, and also learned samurai acting from action actors.
I studied how to use the samurai’s body and incorporated it into my dance.
I became an IKC Touch for Health and Metaphor registered Instructor in November 2020.
Currently, while teaching kinesiology, I am telling the movements that the samurai used to lighten the load on the body.
Did you know that samurai used homolateral movement?
In the West, cross-crawl is believed to be more balanced. However, in the Japanese samurai culture, there are facts that demonstrate that homolateral movement can also be balanced!
Samurai and touch-for-health(TFH) are similar in a point: they are about balancing the body and the mind. Samurais used to perform Noh and Kyogen for this purpose. 14 muscles dance is very important in TFH, but it is difficult to remember. So, I combined Kyogen and the 14 muscles dance into a story.
I’d like to introduce you to homolateral movement which is a samurai movement, and “Kyogen-style 14 muscles dance” which balances the spirit of samurai.

November 2020, during ITW, a participant experienced a glimpse of enlightenment. After that, started to share TFH Kinesiology as a science for Enlightenment.
I once had an experience of enlightenment after concentrating fully on meditation in 1980, but it didn’t last long. so I searched for a way to become enlightened without meditation and came across TFH Kinesiology in1990.
TFH deals with all kinds of health, not only physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
The ultimate spiritual health is known as enlightenment, and anyone can become enlightened if you utilize TFH for the health of your spirit.
In this lecture, I would like to share with you first that TFH Kinesiology is the science for enlightenment, and finally, I would like to invite one of you to come up on stage and show you how to experience a glimpse of enlightenment.
In 1995, I became a facilitator for 3 in 1 concept training, which was first held in Japan,
and became a Touch for Health instructor in 2003.
Since then, as one of the pioneers of kinesiology in Japan,
I am contributing to the spread and development of kinesiology.
There are more than 1000 videos on YouTube.
Lift-up therapy is a method of lifting your face, releasing your emotions and transforming your life. Since the sensory organs are concentrated on the face, working on the face greatly changes the person’s perception and recognition.
Also, since other people can clearly see the change, human relationships will change drastically.
It is also effective to add it after 14 muscle balance because a big transformation occurs even in about 10 minutes.

We will analyze what psycho-emotional trauma is, how traumatic experiences of our past work in our physical and energetic body, in the psyche and consciousness. What is programming trauma, what is provoking trauma. We will learn Neurophysiological mechanisms of trauma: freezing, neuroception, somatization.
What are the mechanisms underlying the formation of trauma in the individual development of the Personality.
What levels of Trauma can be:
We will analyze the mechanisms of the passage of the stages of Individual development and the mechanisms of the formation of Trauma of Individual Development.
We will work with 8 key stages of development, 8 dominant needs and associated programs, 16 possible patterns that form the structure of the Personality.
I am Anne de Wild born in the Netherlands and grown up in Switzerland. I work in my own practice as a kinesiologist, naturopath and biography worker. If I were a sense organ, I would be an ear, one of my superpowers is to find a story that needs to be told and my healing force would be humor.
Telling and finding the story needed is a blessing for the client. I create a sound space through the art of listening where hidden stories in particular can find their way to awareness. The art of listening is one of the most underrated qualities in good work and I like to change that. And Humor is the essence to bridge the unbridgeable. I use kinesiology, tinctures, temperament playing card and biographical aspects like 7 year cycles, characters, the concept of the four bodies and much more in my work. My work and heart is nurtured by the spiritual sience of Anthroposophy.
I created a lot of different workshops with themes like: The Gift of the Golden Nothing, where the idea of giving and receiving is deepend, or Courage to Die and the Fear to Become, where I look at traditions and inovations. Specially for Kinesiology purposes I created a playing card set about the 5 Temperaments. There is a IKC accredited workshop on the 5 Temperaments too.
I love to teach and try to make my teaching personal to the students, so they can connect the material to their own lives.
Other than that I have four grown up children, love to travel and am a wonder-woman.
Listening is an attitude of the heart, a genuine desire to be with another which both attracts and heals. (J. Isham)
In the modern world, we are constantly communicating with others, and yet many of us feel like we are never truly heard. What value might artful listening have for the ones we are listening to, as well as for ourselves? In this lecture, I like to us the system of the 5 Temperaments to show, how we can refine our listening skills. I will show how you can do a 5 Temperament Balance with a set of playing cards. The lecture will be colorful, humorous and hopefully create a skill to artful listening – a tool needed for peace!

So he left his job and changed his carrier into chiropractor.
External factors that threaten our physical and mental health, such as COVID-19 infection, will never disappear.
In the future, self-care based on “self-responsibility” will be more important than ever.
In TFH, We will learn 42 muscle tests and know the exact position of these Origin/Insertion, so that you can perform “Origins/ Insertion techniques” and “Tubing Exercises & Stretches”.
“The 42 Muscles Tubing Exercises” is characterized by the use of specific muscles in certain sports and gyms, whereas “The 42 Muscles Tubing Exercises” does not take up much space and provides a moderate load, which allows for safe self-care of posture, meridians and organs for everyone from small children to the elderly.

Since 1994 he has been a faculty member of the Anthony Robbins Life Mastery University, where his students are continually amazed by the profound and rapid results they receive using his easy to follow methods.
He is known for his ability to make complex material easy to understand.
Participants will get hands-on practice quickly assessing and correcting meridian energy imbalances.
They will learn a shortcut procedure where they will muscle test points on the head to find priority under energy meridians.
They will practice another shortcut procedure to determine which of the 5 elements is over energy, and discover a single acupressure point which will balance the entire meridian system.
Also covered will be common energy blockage patterns and how to determine points that will balance them. This will give practitioners practical tools that can be incorporated perfectly into a session.
